Despite the lack of posting, I have done a little work since coming back from Christmas in NC. I decided to rewrite all of my helper code- combinePDA, pdfcull, pdcWriter, etc.- so that the PDA format is retained throughout. This way, the input files can be run through different code more easily. I also added command line flags to allow for an input file, output file, and other options. Now I don't have to recompile every single time! Everything is already going much faster :-).
